25-unit quality, affordable housing units for Tule River Tribal families.
The development includes three triplex buildings, each consisting of two 1,375-square-foot townhouse units and one 1,112-square-foot single-story unit, for a total of nine residences. The subdivision also includes nine three-bedroom homes measuring approximately 1,430 square feet and seven four-bedroom homes measuring approximately 1,660 square feet. Six of the homes are owned by the Tule River Tribe. Together, these thoughtfully designed residences provide a range of housing options to accommodate different tribal member household sizes while supporting safe, stable, and comfortable living within the Tule River community.

40-unit quality affordable housing for Tule River Tribe and Porterville Community Members.
Nupchi Xo’ Oy includes 15 single-family homes and 25 townhouses. Of these housing types, 34 are 3-bedroom residences, and six are 4-bedroom residences. The project includes a 1,956–square–foot community building with a laundry and computer lab available to adults and children for schoolwork and educational activities. SHE, in collaboration with TRIHA staff, will offer a robust onsite resident services program that will include job training, health and wellness services, financial training, homebuyer education and a variety of youth afterschool activities. The Tule River Tribe will also provide cultural services at the project, including a language program and other educational activities. Outdoors, a covered playground and open space is available for children living in the complex.

September 2026 Community Movie Night
Join us for a Community Family Movie Night in September 2026!
Bring the family and enjoy a fun evening together with a family-friendly movie, popcorn, and drinks provided.
As part of check-in, attendees will also be asked to complete an Updated Community Needs Assessment. Your feedback will help us better understand resident needs, identify areas of interest, and plan future programs, services, and community activities.

November 2026 – Healthy Cooking Class
TRIHA is planning a Healthy Cooking Class for November 2026 focused on preparing nutritious, affordable meals for families. The event may be held in collaboration with the Diabetes Program and will include a hands-on cooking demonstration featuring an easy one-pot meal.

Participants will receive nutrition information, recipe cards, and practical tips they can use at home. TRIHA also plans to provide skillets and recipe books for up to 90 participants to take home following the event. We look forward to seeing you and your family!
